# About Us

**Founder-led. Single focus.**

PE-RE LLC is a construction project management and owner's representation firm headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida.

We represent building owners — businesses, developers, institutions, investors, and private clients — and we do only that: no construction contracts of our own to protect, no commissions, no side interests.

**Every pay application reviewed before you pay.** Work in place, retainage math, lien releases — every month, before the wire.

**Every change order priced and signed before work proceeds.** At rates agreed in your contract, not invented mid-project.

**Written reporting you can actually read.** Budget, schedule, and decisions — in owner's language, on a schedule you set.

**Fixed fees wherever incentives could bend.** Our value engineering carries no percentage of savings. We are paid the same whether we recommend spending or saving — which is the only way advice stays pure.

**Collaborative with contractors, by design.** We work with a trusted network of general contractors across Palm Beach County. Informed owners make projects better for everyone who builds them — which is why good contractors recommend us.
